3 Tingkat Formalitas
1.Formal: Dosen, perusahaan, staf universitas → Gunakan gelar (Dr, Professor, Mr)
2.Semi-formal: Asisten dosen, pembimbing yang sudah kenal
3. Informal: Teman sekelas
Struktur Email yang Benar
1. Subject Line (Judul)
✅ "Pertanyaan tentang Deadline Tugas 2"
❌ "Pertanyaan", "Halo", atau kosong (tanpa subject)
2. Salam Pembuka
✅ "Dear Professor Anderson,"
✅ "Dear Dr Chen,"
❌ "Dear Sir/Madam", "Hey"
3. Kalimat Pertama
Perkenalkan diri (jika perlu) + langsung ke tujuan: "My name is Siti, and I am a student in your Marketing class. I am writing to request an extension for Assignment 2."

Tips Penting
1. Langsung ke inti - Jangan bantak basa-basi.
2. Pendek dan jelas - Email profesional itu singkat dan padat.
3. Gunakan "I am writing to..." melainkan "I write this email to...".
4. Tunggu 1 minggu sebelum kirim email penginat/follow-up.

Jelas - Apa tujuanmu?
